Bonair Winery owns 30 acres of wine grapes which they use exclusively for their own production of premium Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Riesling, Touriga and Gamay Beaujolais. The Morrison Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and the Ch. Puryear Vineyard Chardonnay have received Gold Medals in regional, national, and international competitions.
Christopher Cellars owns ten acres of vinifera which they use in their own production.
Horizon's Edge Winery grows 18 acres of wine grapes.

His extensive knowledge combined with carefully selected grapes from mature vineyards produce wines of unbelievable depth and complexity. The wines are sold to only a few select shops, restaurants.
