Severino Cellars invites you to stop in and experience our down-home hospitality and newly released wines. Housed in a turn-of-the-century farm house you will find our location convenient, grounds warm and welcoming, and a view of Mt. Adams to boot. We welcome you to stop in and “sit a spell” in our parlor or on our porch, visit with family, make friends, and, most importantly, enjoy wine!

In the heart of the new Rattlesnake Hills appellation, Hyatt Vineyards pioneered the popularity of Merlot, now half our production. Concentrating on red wine, including Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, in 2005 Hyatt added a “Reserve” tier of wines under the Roza Ridge label that has met with great success due to quality and value. We also produce dry Chardonnay, off-dry Riesling, dark Rosé from Black Muscat, and Late Harvest Riesling and—vintage permitting— a rare Ice Wine titled “Winter Harvest.” Located just outside Zillah in the northern Yakima Valley, our spacious tasting room overlooks a large picnic area with stunning views of Mount Adams and Mount Rainier. The winery is also available for private rental.

When you visit us at Roza Hills you will experience the romance of the vineyard setting. Picnic on our spacious “viniferanda” adjacent to the historic Roza Hills vineyard. Banquet facilities are available for everything from weddings to corporate meetings. Located amongst beautiful orchards in the Rattlesnake Hills lies our tasting room, an historical 1905 French-inspired farmstead belonging to Winemaker and Executive Chef Greg Masset and his wife and artist Michaela. Our passion is to join classical cuisine with outstanding wines. We welcome you to taste our full-bodied supple reds, late harvests, and Port . . . leaving your palate elevated! Masset Winery art gallery and tasting lounge at 312 E Yakima Avenue is open evenings. 

Tefft Cellars is dedicated to producing handcrafted wines, including award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Italian varietals, ports, dessert and sparkling wines. The tasting room and picnic deck overlook the vineyard adjacent to Tefft’s Outlook Inn Guest House, which offers a convenient and private place to retire after a long day of wine tasting and touring. We invite you to stop by and “soak in” your surroundings.
